Because our seasoning products are food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and safety for all customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us review the issue, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. However, if your package appears lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out and we will help you review the shipment status and next steps.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
